Five Charm Bracelets
Half a day of my Victoria long weekend i spent crafting 5 bracelets to put on Etsy.
Blue, Green, Red, Orange and Pink
They are all made with either a leather corded bracelet or silver plated chain bracelet. They all range from 7.5″ to 8″ (seems like the most common)
I hope they are enjoyed by many. They are stunning. I wore them for half a day and they did not fall off. I was NOT worried. No need for a safety chain.

Custom order for Anna @etsy
I was contacted by Anna in Russia about 2 bracelets she liked {that were made previously for someone else } They were loved and taken away by a co-worker already last week. So I made a similar pink charm for her.
She also loved the yellow bangle and ordered two of those.
They will be shipped shortly. Yeah! Its my first order from Russia! And hopefully many more. (she is showing these to her clients in Russia, so it could possibly mean much more crafting)
Thanks Anna! I hope you like these.

Custom plates for Claire and Jill
I was contacted last week about making two custom plates for some sisters.
Unfortunately their parents had past away recently so this person wanted some custom plates with verses to help these girls out.
One plate was for Claire. She is girly and loves arts and crafts. I used my pebeo navy blue for the letters and peacock blue for embellishments around the edges (its a circle so around the circle) and used the tip of my paint brush to dot some of the frills around the edges. I was told Claire loves flowers so I put a
sunny cute sunflower in the center and dotted the center with brown.
“Dearest Claire,
Do not fear, for I am with you;
do not be dismayed, for I am your God.
I will strengthen you and help you;
I will uphold you with my righteous right hand.”
-Isaiah 41:10
“If we live, we live to the Lord;
and if we die, we die to the Lord;
so then, whether we live or whether
we die, we are the Lord’s.”
-Romans 14:8
She is less girly more serious. I wanted to use bright colors like orange and yellow for the letters. As you can see the letters are more straight and less curvy and cute like the plate for Claire.
I hope they both like their plates. Its sad to draw a plate under this circumstance. It really is. But I do think it will bring them some ‘peace’ and comfort in knowing they are NOT alone and there is a bigger purpose out their in their lives.
God bless you Claire and Jill

Up close and personal (with nature)
Its the first weekend of May and boy it is gorg outside. OMG We put up 3 metal post in the back yard which holds a maximum of 10 bird feeders. We have 5 up right now.
I started working on attracting birds about a month ago when I bought my new SICK carbon fiber monopod (YES I said carbon fiber, not only is it light weight it absorbs vibration!!!)
The birds aren’t falling for my hidden motives yet.
So this weekend was dedicated to some flowers in bloom.
Equipment: Canon 20D
Lens: 50mm T1.8
Filters: Diopter +10 +4
Accessories: 1 spray bottle filled with water, 1 white sheet of paper as fill
Most of these photographs were shot with a 1.8 stop. I sprayed the flowers with my mister, so it looked like morning dew and I used a small fill (just a white 8×10 sheet of paper)
